Biography
Andrea C. Snow earned her Ph.D. in Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022. She offers courses in medieval art and visual culture.

Research Interests & Areas
My current research projects center objects that refer to, signal, or represent transhuman conceptions of bodiliness across Scandinavia and the Viking diaspora; the philosophical implications and somaesthetic impressions of stone sculpture along the Rhine; and the politicization of the medieval far North in the modern public imaginary, respectively.
