Awards
The College of Fine Arts recognizes the work of its excellent faculty by presenting annual awards in several categories. In most cases, recipients of these awards are eligible for the corresponding University award. Please know that the deadlines reported below are tentative.
Guidelines and applications are downloadable from the links listed below. Faculty are usually nominated for awards by School Directors and SFSCs in the spring. Deadlines vary for each award and are detailed in the downloadable files below.

Teaching Awards
Portfolio requirements and evaluation criteria for College and University Teaching awards may be found at the Center for Teaching and Learning Technology (CTLT) Web site.
University-level teaching award application materials are also due to the College office on Friday September 10, 2011.
Nominees for the University Outstanding Teacher Award must be a recipient of the College Outstanding Teacher Award.
Names of all university-level teaching award nominees must have been forwarded to the Director of CTLT by June 2, 2011.
Research Awards
University Outstanding Researcher and Research Initiative Award application materials are due to the College office September 10, 2011.
Nominees for the University Outstanding Researcher Award must be a recipient of the College Outstanding Researcher Award.
Service Awards
The application format and evaluation criteria for College of Fine Arts service awards parallel those of the University service awards which may be found at the Provost's Web site.
University Outstanding Service and Service Initiative Award application materials are also due to the College office on September 10, 2011.
Nominees for the University Outstanding Service Award must be a recipient of the College Outstanding Service Award.
