Musical Theatre
The Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre is designed for those who intend to pursue a career in the highly competitive field of professional musical theatre. This cross curricular degree program combines theatre, dance, and music.
A vocal audition is required for entrance. Please see the admission and audition requirements for specific musical theatre repertoire
recommendations. Monologue and dance auditions are not required.
In addition to the core music requirements, students need to complete 25 hours of coursework in the School of Music and the School of Theatre. The General Education requirement is similar to all other liberal arts programs. A foreign language is required for graduation.
