Saturday Morning Creative Visual Art

Children creatively express individual thoughts and ideas using a variety of materials and processes while learning about art and artists from various countries and cultures.

Five exciting Saturday morning workshops are taught by Wonsook Kim School of Art art education majors each fall.

Visual Art Classes

Saturdays Fall 2024

September 7 through October 5

9 a.m.-10:50 a.m.

Center for the Visual Arts

Grades: K-8

Sessions are taught in nine different groups where students will participate based on their grade.

Children enrolled in the visual art classes will meet between 8:45-9 a.m. at the School Street turn-around area (off Beaufort Street) to be escorted to their class. Please no earlier.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is $25. Families can receive a discounted rate of $20 for all additional registrations.

  • Refund Policy

    A $15 service fee for each class registration will be assessed for students withdrawing before classes begin. No refunds will be given after classes begin. A refund will be given if there is insufficient enrollment. No refunds will be offered in the event of a cancellation. Illinois State University’s liability is limited to the registration fees of the program.
