Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the academic year and noon to 4 p.m. during the summer.
The Box Office will also open one hour before all performances.
There are two parking spaces located next to the CPA Loading Dock that are reserved for patrons to use when purchasing tickets at the Box Office.
During events, parking is available in the School Street Parking Garage in spaces 250 and above as long as the parking light is illuminated as OPEN.
We ask all patrons to be in the theatre 10 minutes prior to the performance.
Patrons who arrive after a performance has started for a Westhoff Theatre production may be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Depending on the nature of the show, late seating may only be available at intermission, or not available at all. This policy is for the safety of our patrons and actors due to the intimate nature of the space as entering the theatre requires walking on the stage.
For events in the Center for the Performing Arts, patrons may be seated late at the discretion of the House Manager, during an appropriate break in the performance.
Exchanges can be made for a $2.00 exchange fee per ticket at least 24 hours in advance. Tickets cannot be refunded.
