Ashley Jones

Biography

My dance background is in musical theatre, jazz, modern dance and yoga. I hold an M.S. in Kinesiology with a certificate in Anti-racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a BFA in Dance Performance from Missouri State University, and am finishing a MFA in Choreography at Jacksonville University. I have performed with companies like The Rockaway Theatre Company, The Rogue Dancers, and Wandering Movers in NYC, and choreographed for theater, opera, and concert dance. I am also a Yoga Alliance E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, RPYT®, YACEP® instructor and an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist.
