Overview
The saxophone studio at Illinois State University is comprised of a vibrant and talented group of saxophone students, pursuing a common goal of excellence on their instruments. The following include some of the regular activities of the saxophone studio:
Studio Details

Private Lessons
Students meet weekly for individualized applied music lessons to learn technique, musicality, and a wide array of saxophone literature.

Master Class
Master classes cover a wide range of saxophone performances, special topics, open lessons, and jazz improvisation and are held on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 3 p.m.

Chamber Music
Often there are guest performances by prominent national and international saxophone artists.
