Information for parents or guardians

Participants can be dropped off behind Cook Hall. A member of the Illinois State University Bands staff will be at the drop-off point to welcome students and direct them to the check-in table. Parents/guardians are welcome to observe the rehearsal from the Quad side of Cook Hall. If you choose to watch the rehearsal, please note that parking is a little bit of a walk from Cook Hall.

Following the game, the band will parade back to Cook Hall. Concluding each performance with the singing of the Alma Mater is one of our most important game day traditions.

Students can be picked up following the Alma Mater behind Cook Hall. Keep in mind that parking and traffic will be a challenge following the game. We recommend parking in red faculty/staff lots or green commuter lots near Cook Hall and walking to the building to meet your student(s).
